Who else handles it

Some of these companies may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or approved contract clauses.

How long we keep it

What's stored on your device

The website keeps your basket, the delivery details you typed, any saved items, and your sign-in session in your browser's storage, so they're still there when you come back. These are needed for the shop to work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, limit how we use them, object to how we use them, or send you a copy. Email hello@chilworthvillagestores.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. We may need to keep some order records for tax, even if you ask us to delete them.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
